SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

When you make an order on rebrow.co.uk, we will send you a confirmation email once the order has gone through.

Our team will then process the order, package up your products and hand it to our nominated couriers. You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.

 

INPORTANT INFORMATION

 

• If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at info@rebrow.co.uk and we can amend the shipping address for you.

• Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.

RETURNS

 

 We’re sorry if you’ve changed your mind about your product. For full information on our refund policy, please read below:

 

• To request a return please email info@rebrow.co.uk. You will need your email and order number to process this request.

• We have a 14 day return policy from the day the product is ordered.

• Please note we only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused and in a re-sellable condition. The refund must be within 14 days of purchase for hygiene reasons.

• Any items that are not returned as new as per our guidelines we won’t be able to refund your product.

• Please note that for full programme bundle, individual products cannot be returned separately.

• Refunds will be paid into the account that was used for the original order.

• Card refunds can take between 5-10 days to show on your account.
